| The La Quinta Inn San Antonio is located on the edge of the city. It is about a ten to fifteen minute walk to sites like the Alamo, Howl at the Moon, and other areas of intrest. It is however located right by a Denny's. The La Quinta has a few problems, the bar is not open till 5pm, the carpet is green, and local schools and youth groups use it for a cheap place to stay before going to places like Sea World. Also, it appeared that the locals used the La Quinta's pool for fun. If you are in a pinch, the La Quinta inn will work, but there are much better hotels closer to the heart of the city. |
