The Marquette Michigan Landmark hotel is the nicest hotel in the area. It features free high speed internet in every room and wireless internet in the lobby. You are situated 2 minutes walking distance from Lake Superior. Everything is in walking distance, including all of the shops and local attractions from the hotel. The hotel has 2 bars, 1 restaurant and has room service. The hotel also has a workout room and hot tub. I would recommend the bar downstairs for socializing and relaxing. Nearby is a restaurant called Up Front and Company, that features live music and wonderfully fish dinners.
